The building is a new premium grade greenstar rated in downtown Tauranga with a total of 7000sm. Devonport Road has been designed to respond to its stunning site, sitting alongside the harbour and Tauranga CBD. The building makes reference to the water, corner streets and the surrounding built and unbuilt environment. The architecture is light and transparent with a humanistic choice of materials and finishes mindful of its context. This consistency of narrative can be experienced in both the exterior and interior of the building.

Positioned on the corner of Devonport Road and the Strand, it has views out to the surrounding harbour and Mauao and back to the Kaimai Ranges.
