WINGATES concludes remarkable year with senior appointments in Auckland and Tauranga. As we approach the 2022 finish line, we are delighted to announce a number of exciting promotions across our multitalented team. Fresh from our recent rebranding to WINGATES, we are delighted to announce the very deserved promotions of Michelle Teutenberg, Nicola Greville, and Sarah Bryant to Principal and Natasha Baumgartner, Ornela Priotti, and James Suter to Associate within our Architectural and Interior Design teams.

Michelle has played a huge role in the growth of WINGATES over the past 3 years, leading many of our Commercial Architecture projects whilst also establishing herself as a vital part of our Bay of Plenty presence. Her wealth of experience and dedication to our clients and our business are hugely appreciated.

Nicola’s journey with us has seen her progress from Architectural Designer to Associate and now to Principal, leading and managing the team who deliver many of our Large Format projects. We are incredibly grateful for her creativity, passion, attention to detail and first-rate service she gives to our clients and the WINGATES team.

Sarah’s deserved promotion to Principal within our hugely exciting Interior and Workplace sector comes after an impressive 2022 which has seen our team work alongside many occupiers seeking positive workplace change. The design thought, creativity & strategy that she has brought to our clients' aspirations have been widely appreciated. A natural leader & organiser we look forward to her contributing across the practice as a whole.

Natasha thoroughly deserves her rise to Associate. A lynchpin for the whole team and a hardworking natural creative designer, she has led numerous successful projects across our sectors and is highly thought of by clients, the wider industry and especially the WINGATES whanau. Her journey so far with us has been a delight to watch.

Ornela has achieved so much during her 4 years with WINGATES including becoming a Professional Teaching fellow at the University of Auckland and playing a key role in Women in Architecture in NZ. Her promotion to Associate is testament to her passion, hard work & dedication she provides everyday.

James joined WINGATES earlier this year to add his valuable experience to the Large Format & Commercial teams and has been busy working on many multi sector Architectural projects across the country. His promotion is very much part of his exceptional attention to detail and passion for delivering excellence. We are delighted to have him on the team and look forward to seeing his journey continue! The Directors and the whole extended team would like to congratulate each of them on their very deserved promotions.
